Have you had a read of Mrs Rachel Brady’s blog (formerly Well Worn Whisk)? I love her easy, tasty family recipes, and have cooked lots from her blog over the past few years. Her latest post became my Friday night supper last week, and it hit the spot and ticked all my boxes (quick, cheap, easy, tasty and healthy) for the perfect home-cooked meal.
The recipe’s over here, but I tweaked it by swapping the parsnip for spuds, and the oil for butter.
