Monday lunch – Ham and Polish Curd Cheese with Tomatoes on Toast
Monday dinner – Sausage Roast Dinner with homemade potato wedges, broccoli and peas
Tuesday lunch – Mexican bowl of sweetcorn and refried beans topped with crumbled feta (the leftover innards of these fabulous Black Bean and Sweetcorn Tortillas).
Tuesday dinner – Extra Easy and Extra Veg Spaghetti Bolognese
Wednesday lunch – Pea and Coconut Soup
Wednesday dinner – Sausage baps with Tomato, Cucumber and Celery Salad
Thursday lunch – Scrambled Eggs on Toast with Tomatoes
Thursday dinner – Extra Easy and Extra Veg Spaghetti Bolognese
Friday lunch – Scrambled Eggs and Avocado on Toast
Friday dinner – Butterbeans in Tomato Sauce with Jacket Potatoes
Saturday lunch – Vegetable Soup with Crusty Bread
Saturday dinner – Spanish Omelette and Salad
Sunday lunch – Healthy and Hearty Tomato and Lentil Soup
Sunday dinner – Maybe a freezer-clearing Oven Fish and Chips?
