Hello everyone!

I’ve had a busy, active weekend and am CRAVING something to get me motivated this sleepy snoozy Monday Morning. This meal plan should be a good place to start…

Monday lunch – Soya Bean Dip (this one with added yoghurt and extra lemon) with crackers
Monday dinner – Oven Fish and Chips (because it’s going to be a loooong day)

Tuesday lunch – Soya Bean Dip and Crackers
Tuesday dinner – Sausage Casserole with Crusty Bread

Wednesday lunch – Egg, Lettuce, Tomato and Sweetcorn Salad
Wednesday dinner – Falafel in Pita with Veg Box Salad

Thursday lunch – Roast Squash, Sweet Potato and Red Onion Salad with Tahini Dressing
Thursday dinner – Falafel in Pita with Veg Box Salad

Friday lunch – Roast Squash, Sweet Potato and Red Onion Salad with Tahini Dressing
Friday dinner – BBQ (the weather’s looking hoooooot!)

Saturday lunch – Scrambled Eggs on Toast
Saturday dinner – Hopefully some leftover BBQ!

Sunday lunch – Poached Egg on Toast
Sunday dinner – Sausage Roast Dinner
