Bacon Chilli

It’s a while since I did a little meal plan – I’ve been shopping little and often instead, rather than big supermarket shops.

But yesterday I stocked up for the week and got back into planning – and this is what I’ve come up with:

Monday lunch – Asparagus and Chive Scrambled Eggs on Toast
Monday dinner – Bombay Potato Pie (recipe here)

Tuesday lunch – Ful Medames (a fava bean Middle Eastern Dip I’ll be blogging soon) with Oatcakes
Tuesday dinner – More Bombay Potato Pie

Wednesday lunch – More Ful Medames with more Oatcakes
Wednesday dinner – Sausage Casserole

Thursday lunch – Egg, Lettuce and Tomato Salad
Thursday dinner – Bacon and Black Bean Chilli

Friday lunch – Vegetable Soup and Crusty Bread
Friday dinner – Fish and Chips

Saturday lunch – Scrambled Eggs and Toast
Saturday dinner – Pizza 🙂

Sunday lunch – Tomato and Lentil Soup
Sunday dinner – Paella
