Anyone got a way of eating more fish? Apart from just obviously, eating more fish??
I do like fish, I just find it a little hard to think of ways to cook it. Fish pie is obviously delicious, and it’s nice to just have it simply with lemon juice, new potatoes and peas, but after that I struggle a bit. I keep reading that we should all be eating it twice a week for all the vitamins and minerals it gives, and I’d welcome some ideas for how to pep it up a bit.
So fishy issues aside, what’s cooking this week at casa Roast Chicken?
Monday lunch – A light Ploughmans Lunch of cheddar, pickles, crackers and salad.
Monday dinner – Fish with Stuffed Peppers
Tuesday lunch – Same as Monday!
Tuesday dinner – Pork Goulash with Boiled Potatoes 🙂
Wednesday lunch – Guacamole, Tomatoes and crackers
Wednesday dinner – Thai Prawn Curry
Thursday lunch – Guacamole, Tomatoes and crackers
Thursday dinner – Lentil Pasta
Friday lunch – Egg Salad
Friday dinner – Out playing!
Saturday lunch – Scrambled Egg on Toast
Saturday dinner – Coq Au Vin with Mash
Sunday lunch – Pan con Tomate
Sunday Dinner – Fish and Mash with Peas
