How have your weeks been?
And more importantly, what’s been on the menu?
I’m returning to a more normal week after being out every single night last week – and looking forward to getting back in the kitchen. Coming up is what’s cooking in the Roast Chicken and a Country Walk Household. There’s a lot of repetition, but this is a real life menu, there’s two of us in the house both working full time, which equals a lot of batch cooking if we’re to eat healthy and heartily every single day!
