Things are calming down here. I’m back to my little perch on the sofa, with the singing blackbirds and a little chilled white wine for company. It’s lovely to get back to a few nights in after running round like a crazy person the last few weeks.
So here’s the plan:
Monday lunch: Pea and Lemon Dip with Salad
Monday dinner: Pasta with Lemon, Parmesan and Peas (another variation on ABC Pasta)
Tuesday lunch: Pea and Lemon Dip with Chestnut Flour Crackers
Tuesday dinner: More pasta – maybe with broccoli this time for Mr Roast Chicken
Wednesday lunch: Cottage Cheese with Chives and Tomatoes on toasted Rye Bread (my new favourite lunch of all time)
Wednesday dinner: Pizza (me) Booths Cottage Pie (him)
Thursday lunch: Mexican Salad of black beans, avocado and sweetcorn with chilli-lime dressing
Thursday dinner: Thai food (yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeey)
Friday lunch: More Mexican Salad
Friday dinner: Tapas with friends š
Saturday lunch: Scrambled Egg on Toast
Saturday dinner: Homemade Pizzas
Sunday lunch: Thrifty Lentil and Tomato Soup
Sunday dinner: Homemade Pizzas

It’s great – I thought rye bread was a bit of a foodie fad when I first heard about it – but it’s deliciously nutty!
