I took a couple of weeks off meal planning – and cooking, recently. I was away, out and about, or being cooked for by my lovely family, and the bits in between, glorious though they were, weren’t really worthy of blog posts (think Booths roasted veg pizza, tortellini with home made tomato sauce, pub meals in the sun and lots of crisps). So I’m back on it now – and here’s the plan!
Monday lunch – Toasted Rye Bread with Cottage Cheese and Tomatoes
Monday dinner – Home Made Pizza with Goats Cheese and Spinach (I’ve linked to my usual recipe – but I’m actually going to try making it a different way). The lovely Rosie of Cider With Rosie claims to make the BEST pizza dough – and I’m going to test out this claim and report back, as I’m always after the BEST especially when it comes to food 🙂
Tuesday lunch – Spinach, Tomato and Egg Salad
Tuesday dinner – Spaghetti Bolognese
Wednesday lunch – Spinach, Tomato and Egg Salad
Wednesday dinner – Spaghetti Bolognaise
Thursday lunch – Roasted Garlic and Butterbean Dip (new!) with Crackers
Thursday dinner – Very New Potatoes (from my garden!) with Cod and Peas
Friday lunch – More dip and Crackers!
Friday dinner – Oven Fish and Chips 🙂
Saturday lunch – Scrambled Eggs on Toast
Saturday dinner – ABC Pasta
Sunday lunch – Poached Egg on Toast
Sunday dinner – Maybe a meal out 🙂
