Just a quickie today – and I need super fast meals this week as I’m out and about most evenings. I’m turning to pasta and the microwave for speedy healthy food.
Monday – Microwaved jacket potatoes with cheese and tomatoes

Wednesday – Sausage, Tomato, Carrot and Spinach Penne
Thursday – Pizza
Friday – Lamb burgers and salad
Saturday – Great Sausage Casserole
Sunday – Leftover Great Sausage Casserole
