Here we are again lovely people, with another meal plan! Straight to it:
Monday – leftover sausage roast dinner, with potatoes, cabbage, carrots, sweet potato from my organic veg box.
Tuesday – chicken burgers in fluffy white buns, outsides crisped up in the oven, with salad of sweetcorn, cucumber and lettuce.
Wednesday – A pasta concoction of vegetables – haven’t decided yet but will probably involve leeks.
Thursday – Jacket potatoes and beans / cheese – super quick as we’re going out.
Friday – Oven fish and chips for Friday 🙂
Saturday – we’re out gadding
Sunday – too far away for my little head to think about just now
