Do I like it? Yes and no. I like to feel organised, I enjoy working out what will work best at certain times – but I really enjoy switching off and non-planning. Which is how the following meal plan was created / happened. It’s been interrupted this week, due to non-planning and both of us being out and about. I turn to the freezer for my non-planned weeks. Hopefully there’s tasty and healthy delights stashed away there. Sometimes there really is. And I always have frozen fish and chips on hand.
What do other people do for non-planning meals?
Monday – Fish and chips (for my other half, I was out having a pizza with friends).
Tuesday – Great Sausage Casserole from the freezer for my other half – I’m out again.
Wednesday – I’ll be having the other half of the Great Sausage Casserole if there’s any left. Him – working away.
Thursday – Me – maybe some cheese – him: away working.
Friday – Better Jackets and Beans.
