The pulled pork buns were v v yummy and the highlight of my cooking this week. They’d be great for feeding a crowd – just stick more meat in the oven! I also think the bread is rather crucial. Ours were just your average white buns – but I think the softness is important for maximum bite pleasure – no crusty bits scratching on the roof of your mouth thankyou very much.
I’ve been reading the fabulous Myblueandwhitekitchen blog this week – how have I missed this in all my many hours of pouring over food blogs? Beautiful photography and nordic inspired recipes. I LOVE all things Scandinavian – and this rhubarb recipe is getting me in the mood for some rhubarb crumble mmmmmm.
